Easter Weekend

Published by Matt under General

and my plans for this weekend are: sleep and the beach (not in that order and not together :) ). It doesn’t look like its going to be very sunny though… so that probably won’t be very exciting.

I got to see the payload canister go down the road yesterday. That was neat.

Got my pictures developed. I think they turned out okay for a cheap disposable camera. Wish I had a digital camera….

Firefox v1.0.2

Published by Matt under Technology

The nifty web browser from Mozilla, Firefox, got a minor upgrade that patched three small bugs. They even patched one that has no known exploit… Microsoft, why don’t you learn from their example?

The weekend is over already?

What a great weekend. Visiting friends, Zach and Camille, made this weekend great, despite the other various things of the weekend. Too bad they have to leave…

Thought of the day

Published by Matt under Thoughts

I have determined that a apartment complex is not a great place to raise a child. Or maybe just this apartment complex.

Even the best fall down sometimes

Published by Matt under General

Gee, you couldn’t ask for a better day. A nice sunny 79 degrees with mostly blue skies. Got burnt again! You’d think I learn the first time. But this time its not nearly as bad or as much.

Two movies I want to see… “What the bleep do we know?” and “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”. The former is out already and the latter comes out in April I think. They both look interesting.

Oh, and I am attempting to cook today. Yikes! Gotta run…

A crystal clear blue sky and around 73.. you couldn’t ask for a better day. It was fabulous. And tomorrow, I’m hoping for a repeat!

Today’s realizations

Published by Matt under Thoughts

Today I realized that sometimes the best answer is yet to be discovered and usually an obvious solution.

I also realized that there are no “Bridge may freeze before road” signs in Florida. ;)

And lastly, a phrase that has been on my mind for the last few days:

“We knew them once, they were as bright as the sun.
But they are gone now, lost in the sands of time.”
